Allround Vegetable Processing Washing machines washes your produce in a rotating drum which rotates in a waterbin. The water level in the bin is adjustable. A water circulation pump circulates the water and sprays it over the product through nozzles.


A seperate set of nozzles is placed over the discharge elevator to rinse the washed product with clean water. Allround Vegetable Processing Washing machines handle your product with great care, making sure your produce is clean and ready for further processing.

In the case of the C-series the water runs away immediately. Water is sprayed directly from the basin onto the produce. It is not possible to immerse the product in water, and is therefore only suitable for products that are not very vulnerable, like carrots.

Rotary barrel washers of the U-type are washers that recycle the water they use. This means that you can save a lot of money in the usage of water. The water is recycled in a water basin that should be close to your processing facility.

The rotary barrel washers of the UK-type are in essence the same as the U-type. The difference is that the UK-series recycle the water within the machine. The soil that is washed off is discharged via the slurry chain at the bottom of the machine. The slurry chain is switched on when the washing process is temporarily interrupted for e.g. a lunch break, or at the end of the day.

The PD-series is essentially the same as the U-series. Rotary barrel washers of the PD-type are washers that recycle the water they use. This means that you can save a lot of money in the usage of water. The water is recycled in a water basin that should be close to your processing facility.

The difference is that a destoner is placed in front of the washing machine, which makes that large pieces of dirt are removed before washing. This makes this setup very well suited for potato cleaning.
